Terms & Conditions
Order confirmation will be sent to you after the payment for all online orders. If you have not
received an email confirmation within 24 hours of ordering your ticket(s) or by the end of the
next business day, please contact the team at sales@mindtrek.org.
If, for some reason you cannot attend the conference, you can transfer your place to another
individual. Places can be transferred at any time up to January 17th, 2020. Please note that
an additional charge may be applicable if the new attendee is not entitled to the same price as
you are. In most cases the tickets cannot be refunded.
In case of force majeure, such as fire, war or strike, COSS ry owns the rights to postpone or
cancel the event. In the case of cancellation, the money spent on tickets will be refunded as
soon as convenient. Speaker cancellations do not entitle the buyer to a refund.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the
program or the speakers at any time prior to the event date. COSS ry reserves all rights to
Mindtrek program changes.
